The Work
The Sales Effectiveness team partners closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product to equip revenue teams with the tools, training, and systems needed to drive consistent growth and performance. This team is responsible for building scalable enablement programs, improving onboarding, and ensuring ongoing development across the sales organization. This position is remote, #LI-Remote
The Director of Sales Effectiveness will serve as a strategic leader responsible for designing and operationalizing enablement programs that improve sales performance. This individual will build structure from ambiguity, translate complex concepts into actionable programs, and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders. Success in this role is measured by business impact, adoption of programs, and measurable improvements in sales productivity and effectiveness.

Key Performance Objective #1: Build and Execute Sales Effectiveness Strategy (30%)
- Partner with Sales leadership to define enablement priorities aligned to revenue goals
- Develop and communicate a clear, data-driven enablement strategy and roadmap
- Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness and continuously refine programs
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on performance improvement opportunities

Key Performance Objective #2: Design and Deliver Scalable Enablement Programs (30%)
- Build structured onboarding programs for new hires across Sales and Sales Engineering
- Develop ongoing training and development frameworks beyond onboarding
- Translate complex product, process, and sales concepts into clear, consumable learning materials
- Ensure consistent program delivery, reinforcement, and adoption across teams

Key Performance Objective #3: Drive Cross-Functional Alignment & Program Adoption (20%)
- Act as liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Sales Engineering
- Build strong relationships with sales leaders and frontline reps to drive engagement
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain relevant sales content and resources
- Ensure enablement tools and systems are accessible, effective, and widely adopted

Key Performance Objective #4: Optimize Performance Through Data & Continuous Improvement (20%)
- Use performance data to identify skill gaps and opportunities across the sales organization
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve programs
- Iterate on enablement strategy based on measurable outcomes
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, sales engineering, or learning & development within a high-performance sales organization
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable training or enablement programs
- Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships across cross-functional teams
- Experience using data to inform strategy and measure program effectiveness
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts

Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting or partnering with Sales Engineering or technical sales teams
- Background in customer success, solution consulting, or program management
- Experience with LMS, CMS, or sales enablement platforms
- Experience building enablement functions or transforming existing programs

Compensation and Benefits:
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and flexible paid time off.

Base salary starts at $150,000 plus annual bonus.
