Contract Recruiter (90 day)

The Work

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Recruiter to join our HR team for 90 days. This role will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top talent to support our continued growth and commitment to excellence in public safety solutions. 

This role is crucial in effectively managing the recruitment process and ensuring the company hires the right talent to meet the company’s current and future needs. Strong communication, decision making, and time management skills are essential for this position.

What you will do:
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively 
  • Ensure visibility of work and its status in our systems of record
  • Ensure appropriate, regular cadence of communication across all stakeholders
Requirements:  To be considered for this role, you will have this experience:
  • Corporate Recruiting experience at a SaaS or Technology Company
  • Five years of full cycle recruiting experience required in a Corporate setting
  • At least 2 years recruiting experience with a staffing agency
  • At least 2 years Technical recruiting experience; thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Proficient understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Experience:
  • Corporate and Agency recruiting experience
  • Proficient in JazzHR

Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.

Targeting an hourly rate of $35/hour. That said, it depends on experience.
