The Work
The HR Representative plays a crucial role in managing various aspects of the HR function, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of HR processes, policies, an procedures. This includes assisting the team with administrative tasks, guiding employees through onboarding and offboarding, handling day-to-day HR inquiries, managing internal and external reporting requirements, conducting audits and overseeing records. This role is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.

Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.
Targeted compensation for this role is $55,000 plus annual bonus.

- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for HR management
- Manage various administrative tasks
- Guide employees through onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle day-to-day HR inquiries
- Assist with internal and external reporting requirements
- Conduct audits and oversee records management
- Notary public responsibilities
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will have this experience:
- 1-3 years of office experience with at least 1 year in human resources.
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar field of study.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must reside in the DFW metroplex.
