The Work

What the Team Does
The Salesforce Support Team at Lexipol drives operational excellence by maintaining and optimizing the Salesforce ecosystem that underpins our Go-to-Market (GTM) operations. This team ensures the platform, processes, and data empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to work efficiently and effectively. Partnering across departments, the Salesforce Support Team enhances system performance, data integrity, and automation; Delivering the tools and insights needed to help Lexipol achieve predictable, scalable growth.

What This Role Will Do
The Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) Analyst plays a key role within the Salesforce Support Team, serving as the operational link between GTM leadership and the Salesforce technical organization. This role focuses on optimizing Salesforce processes, automation, and reporting to strengthen forecasting, pipeline visibility, and operational alignment. The Rev Ops Analyst partners closely with the Senior Director of Internal Software/Salesforce for systems strategy and execution while maintaining a dotted line relationship to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to ensure alignment with sales strategy and revenue goals. This role is central to translating data into decisions and ensuring Salesforce evolves with Lexipol’s GTM objectives.

This is done through working in these areas of focus:

Salesforce Process Optimization (20%)
  • Review and refine Salesforce sales processes, opportunity stages, and automation rules to align with GTM strategy.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or gaps in current workflows and propose practical improvements with the Salesforce Administrators.
  • Document and communicate all changes to ensure clarity and adoption across GTM teams.
  • Continuously assess workflow efficiency to support predictable and scalable revenue operations.
  • Support territory management operations, including territory assignments, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in the rollout of new territory models or segmentation strategies.

Reporting, Analytics & Insights (25%)
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and KPIs for GTM Sales and Marketing.
  • Provide regular performance insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue trends.
  • Partner with GTM and Salesforce leadership to ensure data supports forecasting accuracy and strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality to ensure leadership confidence in reporting.
  • Deliver reporting and analysis related to commissions, attainment, and quota performance, partnering with Finance and Sales leadership to support transparency and accuracy.
Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement (25%)
  • Serve as the Salesforce Support Team’s primary liaison to Sales and Marketing leaders.
  • Work closely with the CRO and sales leadership to align operational processes with sales goals.
  • Support enablement efforts by documenting workflows, conducting training, and reinforcing best practices.
  • Foster adoption of Salesforce enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives across GTM teams.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to support commission plan workflows, including quota updates, and compensation modeling.

Forecasting, Data Integrity, Territory Management & Commissions (30%)
  • Provide consistent reporting and insights to the Senior Director of Internal Software/Salesforce and GTM leadership.
  • Maintain high data accuracy and completeness within Salesforce to support reliable forecasting.
  • Audit and monitor pipeline entries to ensure adherence to process standards.
  • Partner with GTM and Salesforce Support teams to address data inconsistencies and enhance reporting logic.
  • Deliver actionable insights that strengthen forecasting reliability and operational transparency.
  • Maintain and update sales territory structures within Salesforce, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and headcount changes.
  • Support administration of commission processes, including validating sales data and flagging discrepancies.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will have this experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar data-driven GTM support role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including reporting, dashboards, and process automation.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into business recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Xactly, CaptivateIQ.
  • Experience supporting commission workflows or compensation systems is a plus.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting or optimizing GTM processes in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Account Engagement, Salesloft, Gong).
  • Background in pipeline analysis, forecasting, revenue reporting, territory modeling, and commission processing.
  • Understanding of data governance and system integration best practices.
Target Outcomes
  • Deliver accurate, timely GTM dashboards and reports with 100% data consistency.
  • Improve pipeline data integrity and forecasting accuracy across all GTM functions.
  • Identify and implement at least three automation or reporting enhancements per quarter.
  • Achieve 90%+ stakeholder satisfaction in reporting, insights, and process effectiveness.
  • Strengthen alignment between Salesforce Support and GTM strategy through regular partnership with the CRO.

Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.


The base salary compensation range starts at $90,000 plus an annual performance-based bonus.
