The Work
The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leads the organization’s FP&A function, providing strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support executive decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term growth. This role is a key partner to the CFO and senior leadership, ensuring financial strategy aligns with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end FP&A process, including annual operating plans, multi-year long-range planning, and monthly/quarterly forecasting across business units
- Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to drive operational excellence and strategic alignment
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support mergers & acquisitions, cost management, and investment decisions
- Prepare and present financial materials for the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and earnings calls
- Oversee financial modeling enhancements incorporating complex business drivers (e.g., acquisition costs, retention rates)
- Lead, mentor, and scale the FP&A team, implementing advanced planning systems (e.g., Drivetrain, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and other departments to address performance variances and opportunities
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will have this experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior FP&A leadership roles in companies with $100M+ revenue.
- Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP/EPM tools (Workday preferred), strong analytical and modeling skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
- Attributes: Results-oriented, collaborative, intellectually agile, and committed to continuous improvement
Industries: SaaS, EdTech, Higher Education, and other complex, growth-oriented industries

Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.
Base salary range is $190,000 plus annual bonus.
