About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and analytically-minded Business Analyst to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations team. This is a hybrid, entry-level position based in Frisco, Texas, ideal for candidates early in their careers who are excited to dive into sales operations, data analytics, and cross-functional business support.

You’ll support teams across Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships with data-driven insights, operational support, and process improvements. From preparing commission data to building Salesforce dashboards and supporting territory planning, your work will help our Go-to-Market teams execute with precision and scale.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance & Compensation Support (35%)
- Assist in calculating and processing monthly and quarterly sales commissions in collaboration with Finance and Sales leadership.
- Track quota attainment and incentive eligibility for GTM teams using Salesforce and spreadsheets.
- Support the documentation and audit of compensation plans and attainment data.
GTM Reporting & Business Insights (35%)
- Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and strategic partnership teams.
- Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly business review materials that inform leadership decision-making.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis on sales performance, pipeline health, and marketing funnel trends.
CRM Data Hygiene & Operational Support (20%)
- Monitor Salesforce data integrity and initiate cleanup or enrichment projects as needed.
- Conduct regular audits of account, opportunity, and contact data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Partner with Enablement and RevOps to support system/process rollouts that impact GTM teams.
Territory, Planning & Process Management (10%)
- Help support annual and quarterly territory planning cycles, including data validation, account assignments, and coverage analysis.
- Maintain territory documentation and assist with quota alignment and segmentation models.
- Identify and document process gaps; partner cross-functionally to improve GTM workflows.
 

Requirements; to be considered for this role, you will have the following qualifications:

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in sales operations, revenue operations, analytics, or a related internship/co-op.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred

Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
- Exposure to BI/reporting tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus.
Bonus points:
- Familiarity with Salesforce (or willingness to learn quickly) for reporting and data analysis.

- Familiarity with Xactly Incent (or willingness to learn quickly) for commission reporting processes
-Understanding of SQL or previous experience working with large datasets.

- Increasing Operational Efficiency: Identify process gaps and bottlenecks in key workflows (e.g., lead-to-close, territory assignments, comp cycles) and recommend improvements that reduce time spent on manual tasks.
- Driving Sales Performance: Support accurate, timely commission processes and territory design efforts that help drive rep motivation, alignment, and results.
- Scaling Insights Across Teams: Act as a centralized source of truth for key metrics, ensuring consistency in how Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships interpret and act on performance data.

Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.

Base compensation range is $55,000 – 65,000 depending on experience plus annual bonus.
