The Work
The Marketing team develops and executes strategies to drive demand generation, engage and nurture prospective customers and support customer communications. The team is a diverse and creative group focused on measurable results. With the rapidly growing company, the Marketing team takes on new challenges as the business evolves, creating personal growth opportunities. The Marketing team oversees events, content marketing, collateral, digital marketing, advertising, marketing automation and more.

The Director of Growth Marketing will lead a team of campaign managers and channel specialists to drive significant growth across the entire customer journey from acquisition to expansion. Reporting to the CMO, this role devises and executes highly targeted, cross-channel strategies to generate sustainable, predictable pipeline growth, focusing on data-driven decision-making, experimentation, optimization and return on investment. This is done through working in these areas of focus:

Developing and Delivering on a Growth Marketing Strategy
  • Translate business goals into campaign requirements, including strategic positioning, segmentation and targeting logic, channel strategy and performance metrics
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns with direct responsibility for hitting pipeline targets and performance KPIs
  • Define and implement account-based marketing strategies for both new client acquisition and expansion of existing client relationships
  • Continuously test, learn, optimize, and reprioritize resource allocation to highest impact initiatives, channels and tactics
Improve ROI Visibility
  • Develop performance dashboards
  • Report results and insights regularly to leadership
Cross-functional Leadership and Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales and Client Success to identify opportunities for highly-targeted lower funnel messaging and campaigns that increase conversion and drive revenue
  • Partner with Marketing Ops and Sales to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Marketing-to-Sales processes and workflows and lift funnel performance
  • Collaborate closely with content and creative team members to develop compelling assets and high-value offers that drive conversion
  • Develop scalable, repeatable workflows maintained and managed via Wrike
Team Development and Management
  • Lead and inspire a team of campaign managers and channel specialists through change and transformation, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop team members, providing regular coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Manage performance metrics and outcomes, setting clear goals and expectations, and implementing strategies to ensure the team meets and exceeds key performance indicators and business objectives.
Requirements:  To be considered for this role, you will have this experience:
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in B2B marketing
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a team
  • Setting and hitting funnel conversion KPIs and pipeline growth targets
  • Developing performance dashboards and attribution models
  • Optimizing paid channels including LinkedIn and Facebook ads, content syndication, SEM, programmatic, native and display ads
  • Demonstrated success in leading a team through change and transformation
  • Establishing Account Based Marketing and Database Marketing strategies
  • Partnering with Sales and Client Success to achieve common goals
  • Competence in tools of the trade (Salesforce, MAP, data analytics)
  • Passion for data-driven decision making
  • Distilling complex topics into thoughtful analyses and actionable recommendations
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
Preferred Experience:
  • Working in a private equity-backed organization
  • Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • PowerBI
  • Experience integrating acquisitions
  • Using generative AI in campaign development and optimization

Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.

Base compensation for this position starts at $135,000 plus an annual bonus.
