The Work Lexipol’s Sales team delivers SaaS solutions to local public safety agencies across Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue, EMS, Corrections, and local governments. Our platform integrates policy management, online training, wellness, and performance analytics to help agencies operate more effectively and safely.
As a Principal Solutions Executive, you will partner with public safety leaders to deliver solutions that improve operations, ensure compliance, and support personnel wellness.
Core Responsibilities & Performance Expectations
Revenue Generation & Territory Ownership
Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets within your territory
Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans
Prospect, qualify, and close new business across existing and new accounts
Present solutions virtually and in person to public safety leadership
Operate as both an independent contributor and collaborative team member
Pipeline & Sales Execution Discipline
Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline with consistent progression
Follow a disciplined sales process and communication cadence
Accurately track all activity and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
Manage full sales cycles (3–12 months), including multi-threaded deals
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will have this experience:
Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience required
7+ years experience selling into Senior Leadership (SVP and above) at mid-market and larger accounts, preferably including local government experience.
Marketing demand generation team drives consistent lead generation
Product demonstration appointments, additional lead sourcing, lead qualification, & agency contact mapping provided for SAEs through our professional SDR team

Compensation and Benefits Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan. For this specific position, On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranges $220,000-$240,000 with base salary split based on experience.
