The Work
Lexipol is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to help drive operational excellence across our Marketing team. This role is critical in enabling marketing to scale by establishing systems, processes, and workflows that streamline how we intake, plan, track, and report on initiatives. While this position formally reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, you will work closely with the CMO and other senior marketing leaders on high-priority initiatives.

This is done through working in these areas of focus:

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Project & Workflow Management (50%)
  • Design and operationalize a centralized project intake process and workflow templates for frequent project types
  • Administer and continuously improve our workflow management system (Wrike experience preferred)
  • Drive project scoping, resource allocation, and capacity planning in partnership with team leads
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives for strategic initiatives
Process Optimization (35%)
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline repeatable work and reduce friction in day-to-day execution
  • Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and operational standards across the marketing team
  • Train the marketing team on standardized processes and templates
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager Marketing Operations to align tooling and processes with broader marketing tech strategy
Reporting & Communications (15%)
  • Maintain visibility into project status across marketing and communicate progress to senior leadership
  • Develop reporting cadences and dashboards that highlight resourcing, timelines, bottlenecks, and outcomes
  • Support the CMO in quarterly planning, leadership updates, and presentation preparation
Required Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you will have this experience:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in program/project management or marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms (SalesForce and Pardot preferred)
  • Expertise with project/workflow management tools (Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, etc. Wrike preferred)
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience, both internally and externally
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP or Agile/Scrum certification
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing teams
  • Familiarity with data tools (Looker, Power BI)

Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.

The base salary compensation range starts at $80,000 plus an annual performance-based bonus.
