Sales Associate – Supporting Strategic Alliances Team
Position Summary 
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to support our Strategic Alliances Team in driving revenue growth, expanding partnerships, and executing key strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development while contributing to the success of a market-leading company in the public safety and risk management space. This position is remote. 
Key Responsibilities

  1. Support Territory Revenue Growth Initiatives
  • Assist with lead generation and prospecting for new business opportunities, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives within assigned territories.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Help maintain and update sales databases and CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting.
  1. Partnership Expansion
  • Research and identify potential partnerships with industry groups, risk pools, and professional associations.
  • Assist in creating presentations and proposals to support partnership development and upselling efforts.
  • Track progress toward partnership goals and provide administrative support in managing partnership agreements.
  1. Administrative and Strategic Support
  • Facilitate monthly territory meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Maintain and organize territory workbooks and other sales resources for ease of access and use.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success, to align strategies and optimize opportunities.
  1. Support How We Win Initiatives
  • Help execute administrative tasks related to the "How We Win" framework, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support growth opportunities and renewals.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and accuracy of partner database and other data systems.
Key Skills and Competencies
  • 3+ years in a SaaS sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.
Targeting base salary of $80,000, OTE will range between $180K-220K, uncapped commission.
