The Work

The Sr. Reporting Analyst - GTM serves as the dedicated analytics partner for the GTM (Go-To-Market) organization, driving strategic insights and decision-making across sales and marketing.  This role sits within the Data & Analytics team but works closely with GTM leadership, ensuring that data-driven insights inform how the company grows, engages, and retains its customers.
You’ll leverage your expertise in Salesforce data, Power BI reporting, and business acumen to transform raw data into compelling stories that influence revenue strategy, pipeline health, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement.
You are both a hands-on analyst and a strategic thought partner—proactive, curious, and passionate about using data to make business better.

  • Serve as the primary analytics partner to the GTM department.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in revenue performance and customer lifecycle data.
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to define key metrics, KPIs, and success frameworks for growth initiatives.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic and tactical decision-making.
  • Support quarterly and annual business reviews with data narratives, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Acts as a proactive analytics leader, independently identifying trends, opportunities, and risks — not waiting for requests.

Analytics & Reporting (40%)
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline, performance, and customer metrics.
  • Develop self-service analytics capabilities for GTM leaders and business partners.
  • Use Salesforce data models and reporting to track funnel performance, lead conversions, and deal velocity.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to explain trends in marketing campaign ROI, sales effectiveness, and customer retention.
  • Own the analytics backlog and ticket process—from ideation through delivery and iteration.

Collaboration & Partnership (10%)
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing departments to ensure alignment on data definitions and KPIs.
  • Partner with the Data Engineering and Governance teams to ensure data quality, availability, and reliability across systems.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring analytics outputs meet both strategic and operational needs.
  • Present insights and recommendations to GTM leaders and executive stakeholders in a compelling, business-oriented manner.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will have this experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics roles, ideally supporting GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations).
  • Advanced Salesforce expertise, including familiarity with key objects (Opportunities, Leads, Campaigns, Accounts) and the ability to query or extract data.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets in AWS Redshift
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and report design.
  • Excellent business acumen and understanding of GTM processes (lead-to-cash, pipeline, campaign attribution, retention metrics).
  • Proven ability to translate data into insights—storytelling, visualization, and executive-ready presentation.
  • Strong project management and self-prioritization skills.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience working with AWS cloud
  • Familiarity with Airflow for data pipelines development
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or subscription-based business model.
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) and campaign tracking analytics.

Target Outcomes
  • Leading the creation of visually compelling, user-friendly dashboards that succinctly convey complex data insights, enhancing stakeholder understanding and engagement
  • Innovating in the area of data presentation by incorporating interactive elements and advanced visualization techniques to bring data stories to life.
  • Successfully delivering comprehensive dashboards for the GTM department by the end of 2026, providing critical insights and enhancing departmental decision-making processes.
  • Automating the transformation of manual data sets to increase efficiency and accuracy in data handling, reducing time spent on data preparation.
  • Developing production-ready data tables that serve as foundational elements for GTM data sources, ensuring consistency and reliability across analytical applications.
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of the data lake, facilitating advanced data analysis and supporting the organization's broader data strategy.
Employee Value Proposition
  • Be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making within a leading organization, directly influencing strategic outcomes.
  • Work with cutting-edge technology in data visualization and analysis, continuously advancing professional skills.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic, innovative team dedicated to creating impactful visual stories that drive business success.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
