Key Responsibilities

Planning & Forecasting
- Support the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and periodic reforecasts.

- Support ROI and ad hoc analyses under the guidance of senior finance leadership.

Cross-Functional Partnership
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to understand inputs and drivers.
- Serve as the finance point of contact for assigned functions.
- Escalate issues and risks appropriately.

Team Leadership
- Manage and develop 2 FP&A Analysts.
- Review work for accuracy and clarity.
- Help establish standard templates and processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Required
- 6–8 years of FP&A experience.
- Experience in SaaS or media environments strongly preferred.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring analysts.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and operating metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Preferred
- Exposure to SaaS or media unit economics (ARR, bookings, contribution margin).
- Experience in a fast-growing or resource-constrained organization.
- Familiarity with FP&A or BI tools.

Compensation

- Base Salary: Up to $150,000
- Annual Bonus: Target 8%
- No equity at this level

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based in Frisco, Texas, requiring 1–2 days per week in the office. Candidates must be located in or willing to commute to the Frisco area.

Recruiter Notes

- This is a Manager-level role, not a Senior Manager or Director.
- High visibility and exposure, but strategic ownership remains with VP FP&A.
- Best candidates are strong operators who want growth, not fully formed FP&A leaders.
- Candidates seeking equity, outsized autonomy, or near-term Director scope are unlikely to be a fit.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
