About the Role
Lexipol is seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist to develop the reporting, dashboards, and insights necessary to drive strategic decision-making across the Marketing organization. This role helps ensure that campaigns, programs, and tactics are grounded in accurate data and measurable goals.
You will analyze campaign performance, build dashboards in Salesforce, define KPIs for upcoming campaigns, and partner with Growth Marketing, Operations, and Sales to enhance clarity and accountability across the funnel.
This position is ideal for someone who loves transforming data into insights, solving problems analytically, and enabling campaign owners to make confident decisions.
Areas of Focus
Campaign Analytics & Optimization (50%)
  • Partner with Campaign Owners to set KPI targets and success metrics in advance of campaign launch.
  • Conduct performance analysis on marketing tactics and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify trends in lead behavior, channel performance, and revenue contribution.
  • Recommend optimizations and help guide investment decisions.

Cross-Functional Insights & Planning (30%)
  • Work with Growth Marketing and Marketing Operations to align definitions and tracking (MQL, SQL, stages, etc.).
  • Support forecasting and campaign planning by supplying historical performance data.
  • Produce executive-level summaries to communicate insights and recommendations.

Reporting & Dashboard Development (20%)
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards that measure pipeline, lead flow, engagement, and ROI.
  • Design structured reporting for national, regional, and state-focused campaigns.
  • Create standardized reporting frameworks for email, webinars, advertising, ABM, and inbound campaigns.
  • Audit Salesforce and Pardot data to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.

Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of on the job experience in B2B marketing analytics, operations, or related role
  • 1-3 years of on the job experience building analytics dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, or HubSpot
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly
  • Experience evaluating multi-channel campaign performance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Pardot / Account Engagement
  • Experience with attribution modeling and funnel analysis
  • Background in SaaS or B2B performance reporting
  • Experience using BI tools is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary from $70-80k, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 5%.
