About the Role
The Senior Manager, Events & Partnerships leads the strategy, execution, and performance optimization of Lexipol’s event and partner marketing functions. This role manages a three-person team responsible for more than 120 tradeshows annually, client events, lunch-and-learn programs, and marketing partnerships with key associations and risk management organizations.

As a senior leader within the Growth Marketing organization, this role owns the annual events and partnerships strategy and budget, ensuring all initiatives align to pipeline goals, deliver measurable ROI, and strengthen Lexipol’s presence across public safety and local government markets.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B event marketing and partner activation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and combines operational excellence with strategic vision. This is done through working in these areas of focus:

Strategic Planning & Leadership (30%)
  • Develop and manage the annual events and partnerships strategy and budget.
  • Prioritize event and partner marketing investments based on audience impact, ROI, and brand alignment.
  • Lead a team of event and partner marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Establish and optimize processes, playbooks, and workflows across event planning, partner activation, and reporting.
Event Portfolio Oversight (20%)
  • Oversee planning and execution for more than 120 events annually, including Tier 1–3 tradeshows, client appreciation events, and association programs.
  • Support the Event Marketing Manager on major national events and speaking engagements; ensure event mix aligns with pipeline and awareness goals.
  • Standardize event reporting processes using Salesforce, Cvent, and Wrike to deliver consistent performance insights.
  • Partner with Sales Development and Growth Marketing to ensure leads are captured, tracked, and followed up effectively.
Partner Marketing Strategy (20%)
  • Lead partnership activation strategy, working with the Partner Marketing Specialist and Strategic Alliances team.
  • Ensure all association, MOU, and sponsorship agreements are maximized for awareness, co-marketing, and referral growth.
  • Align partner-driven campaigns with Lexipol’s marketing calendar and demand generation initiatives.
  • Oversee the annual sponsorship plan budget.
Performance Optimization and Reporting (20%)
  • Consolidate and present regular performance dashboards to the Director of Growth Marketing, Strategic Alliances team and executive leadership, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations.
  • Partner across Marketing and Sales to ensure full lead lifecycle visibility and attribution within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Use data to drive continuous improvement in event and partnership selection, messaging, and execution — prioritizing efforts that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Provide leadership with forward-looking forecasts, resource plans, and optimization strategies to improve marketing efficiency and revenue impact.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in event and/or partner marketing, including
  • 3+ years leading high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated success overseeing large-scale B2B event portfolios and partner programs.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage and report on large budgets.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Cvent, and Wrike.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in SaaS, GovTech, or public safety markets.
