The Work
The Director of Sales Operations role sits within the GTM Operations function, supporting Sales and Channel teams that serve public safety and first-responder agencies. This is a senior, hands-on position responsible for owning the full analytics and forecasting engine that drives revenue predictability — spanning pipeline management, quota modeling, and territory planning.

The role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and Data Services, and requires deep expertise in Salesforce, BI tools, and statistical modeling, along with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership. Beyond analytics, the position leads process optimization, compensation design, and sales enablement, making it a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution.

Key Performance Objectives:

Process Optimization: Analyze end-to-end sales workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement repeatable, scalable processes. This often includes defining lead-to-cash cycles and stage-gate criteria.

Technology & CRM Management: Administer and optimize reporting from RevOps tooling stack (CRM, marketing automation, BI) in partnership with Systems teams. Evaluate new tools, ensure seamless integrations, and drive user adoption.

Data Analytics & Insights: Oversee data governance and create regional or company-wide dashboards. Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for the executive team and board.

Sales Enablement & Training: Collaborate with HR and marketing to develop onboarding programs, sales playbooks, and training materials that reduce the ramp time for new hires.

Incentive & Territory Design: Design sales compensation plans, quota models, and territory frameworks to motivate the team and maximize market coverage.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
