The Work
The Product Operations team enables scalable, data-driven product management by establishing consistent processes, optimizing tools, and delivering actionable insights across the product lifecycle. This team acts as the operational backbone of the product organization—ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

As a Product Operations Specialist, you will drive operational excellence across the product organization by standardizing roadmap planning, improving tooling and systems, and delivering insights that inform product decisions. You will act as a force multiplier for Product Managers, enabling them to focus on strategy and execution by ensuring processes, reporting, and communication are efficient, scalable, and consistent.

Key Performance Objectives

Standardize & Optimize Product Planning Processes (30%)
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve roadmap planning processes across product teams
  • Ensure consistency in how product roadmaps are created, maintained, and communicated
  • Establish governance and best practices for prioritization, planning cycles, and updates
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to improve planning accuracy and predictability

Own Product Operations Tools & Systems (25%)
  • Administer and optimize tools such as JIRA, Aha, and other product lifecycle systems
  • Improve workflows, configurations, and integrations to enhance team efficiency
  • Develop scalable templates, documentation, and playbooks for product teams
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate or improve tools across the product organization

Deliver Product Insights & Analytics (20%)
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking product delivery, adoption, and performance
  • Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and feature impact to inform decision-making
  • Develop executive-level reporting (Power BI, Excel, etc.) to track KPIs and outcomes
  • Enable data-driven product decisions through actionable insights and storytelling

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication (15%)
  • Create and maintain clear communication artifacts (roadmaps, updates, dashboards)
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Improve transparency into product priorities, progress, and outcomes
  • Support internal and external communication of product updates and decisions

Lead Process Improvement & Team Enablement (10%)
  • Identify inefficiencies in the product development lifecycle and drive improvements
  • Lead training sessions and onboarding for tools, processes, and best practices
  • Facilitate effective meetings and ensure clear action tracking and accountability
  • Support change management initiatives as processes and tools evolve

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will have:
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management Operations, or Program/Project Management within a SaaS or software environment
  • Strong expertise with product development tools (JIRA, Aha or similar) including configuration and administration
  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale processes across product or engineering teams
  • Advanced analytical skills with Excel and Power BI (including DAX) to build dashboards and insights
  • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and drive alignment
  • Experience supporting roadmap planning, release management, or product lifecycle operations

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or B2B technology companies
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or modern product development methodologies
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
  • Exposure to customer insights, win/loss analysis, and go-to-market collaboration
  • Experience building scalable reporting frameworks for executive stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.

The base salary compensation is $90,000 plus an annual performance-based bonus.
