The Work
The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leads the organization’s FP&A function, providing strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support executive decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term growth. This role is a key partner to the CFO and senior leadership, ensuring financial strategy aligns with corporate objectives.
As the leader of FP&A, you will be the financial architect behind critical business decisions, helping executives understand where the business is headed, where to invest, and how to maximize growth and value creation.

Location & Travel
Location within the United States is flexible. The successful candidate should expect to travel to the Dallas office approximately one week per month for leadership meetings, planning sessions, board-related activities, and Frisco-area team collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.
Base salary range is $190,000 plus annual bonus.
