About the Role
Lexipol is seeking an Email Marketing Campaign Specialist to build, optimize, and scale targeted email programs that fuel lead generation, nurture existing contacts, and support national and state-level marketing initiatives. This role is central to ensuring that our email and marketing automation efforts deliver highly relevant, timely, and compliant communication to our public safety and local government audiences.

You will own the execution of email campaigns using Pardot / Salesforce Account Engagement, ensuring data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and performance optimization. You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Campaign Owners to deliver measurable results in alignment with organizational goals.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building scalable processes that advance marketing performance.

Areas of Focus
Campaign Execution & Automation (50%)
  • Build, launch, and optimize national and state-by-state email marketing campaigns within Pardot / Account Engagement.
  • Create automated nurture sequences tailored to lifecycle stage, role, and industry.
  • Develop segmented lists and dynamic content to maximize relevance and engagement.
  • Manage lead routing and ensure smooth alignment between Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Maintain email templates, engagement programs, preference centers, and automation rules.
  • Account-Based Marketing (25%)
  • Support ABM strategies by developing highly tailored email outreach for target agencies and accounts.
  • Work with Sales and Growth Marketing to align messaging with account-specific challenges and goals.
  • Track ABM campaign effectiveness and report key insights to stakeholders.
  • Performance Optimization & Collaboration (25%)
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven enhancements.
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, send times, and segmentation logic.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and Sales to ensure campaigns support pipeline goals.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of on the job B2B hands-on email marketing experience
  • Record of writing B2B emails that produce results in marketing campaigns
  • Strong proficiency with Pardot / Salesforce Account Engagement
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Background in lifecycle, nurture, or ABM email strategy
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing
  • Familiarity with segmentation modeling
  • Experience supporting state-level or geographically dispersed campaigns
  • History of improving workflow efficiency through automation or AI

Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.
Compensation for this role includes base salary of $70-80k, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 5%.
